Our story
Built around a problem that kept happening.
Digitour started after watching too many Armenian travellers refused visas — not because they were ineligible, but because their documentation was assembled in the wrong order and their financial history was presented in a way an embassy could not evaluate.
We built a document-first visa preparation service around that problem, with the fee stated in advance and refusal support included rather than sold as an extra. That product is still the core of the business.
The tour operation came later, because clients who had got their visas asked us to handle the trip as well. We added it on the same terms — a named contact, a written price, and no surprises on arrival.
