Documents you will need
- Valid passport — minimum 2 blank pages, valid at least 3 months beyond your return date
- Copies of all passports issued in the last 3 years
- Schengen visa application form — completed online, signed in person at the embassy
- Two photographs — 3,5 × 4,5 mm, white background, taken within the last 6 months
- Confirmed return flight reservation (booking reference; a paid ticket is not required)
- Accommodation confirmation covering the full duration of the stay
- Day-by-day trip itinerary
- Bank statements for the last 3–6 months, minimum average balance around AMD 200,000
- Employment certificate stating position, salary and approved leave dates
- Last 3 payslips, or tax returns for the last 2 years if self-employed
- Proof of property, business ownership or other assets in Armenia, where applicable
- Travel medical insurance with minimum €30,000 coverage, valid across the Schengen area
- Policy covering the full duration of the intended stay
- Certificate in English, or with a certified translation
- Letter of invitation from your host in the destination country
- Proof of the host's residence status — residence permit, passport or national ID
- Accommodation confirmation signed by the host

Spain visa questions
A Schengen C short-stay visa, applied for through BLS International – BLS Spain Visa. The visa is valid for all 27 Schengen member states and allows a maximum stay of 90 days in any 180-day period.
The standard Schengen set is required: an application form, valid passport, photograph, return flight reservations, accommodation bookings, travel insurance with coverage of at least €30,000, and financial documents. The Spanish Embassy places particular importance on a consistent itinerary with matching bookings.
5–15 working days. For travel between June and September submit 4–5 weeks ahead — the embassy runs at high volume in that period.
Apply in Spain if it is your main destination or the country where you spend the most days. The visa is valid for the whole zone, so onward travel to France or Portugal needs no additional application.
Bank statements for 3–6 months showing a balance consistent with the planned trip. The published guideline is roughly €100–150 per day of stay, assessed alongside your employment and travel history.
